We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the contents of your connected Gmail or QuickBooks data for advertising or for any purpose other than providing the features you enabled.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of it:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Stripe | Subscription billing and (if you enable it) collecting payments from your customers. |
| Maton.ai | Connecting your Gmail and QuickBooks to import deposits and write back accounting records, at your direction. |

| [HOSTING PROVIDER] | Hosting the application and database. |
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or acquisition (with notice where required).
If you connect Gmail or QuickBooks, the data we access through that connection is used only to provide the reconciliation and accounting features you turned on. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect these integrations at any time, which stops further access.
We use measures designed to protect your information, including hashed passwords and access tokens, scoped and revocable API keys, server-side storage of integration credentials (never exposed to the browser), and per-company data isolation. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account closure we retain data for a reasonable period to meet legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Records required for financial compliance (for example, payment records) may be retained longer where the law requires.
The Service uses your browser’s local storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. It does not rely on third-party advertising cookies.
We operate from [JURISDICTION]. If you access the Service from elsewhere, you understand your information may be processed in [JURISDICTION] and other locations with different data-protection laws than your own.
We may update this Privacy Policy. If changes are material, we will provide notice (for example, by email or in-app) and update the “Last updated” date above.
